Your appointment is very important to us and it has been reserved especially for you. We realize that there are many things that can occur in people's daily lives. Although we understand your situation, late notification means that another customer cannot make an appointment. That is why we apply this policy, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Senzes hair&beyond has a minimum 24-hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is canceled/changed less than 24 hours in advance or missed without notification, a cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation fees:
Less than 24 hours cancellation will result in a compensation equal to 50% of the reserved treatment;
“No shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved treatment.
How to cancel? Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment can be made online by sending an email or by contacting us by telephone.
